It is easy to focus on the more tactile, quantifiable and actionable items. Focusing on these tasks is comfortable because they are definable and unambiguous. But beyond these tactical "to do's", it can be uncomfortable to think about the hard work of being vulnerable and listening to our inner voice. But that's the work that brings real success.
